You are required to respect and maintain the privacy of our clients and their families. Under no circumstances should you upload, take pictures, or record videos of clients without explicit written consent.

Any violation of the terms outlined in this contract may result in immediate termination of your employment, subject to the company's discretion.

If you face any criminal or civil charges during your employment with The Faithful Nanny, you are required to report them to the company within one week of being charged.

It is mandatory for you to report any incidents or suspected cases of abuse that you encounter while on duty. Prompt reporting is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and their families.

The Faithful Nanny maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of discrimination. You must report any incidents involving discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
